The mattress was amazing, but I did order the mattress and the box spring and it never got delivered was told Monday for delivery then last minute change which made me go get the cash and I have two babies. And now the box spring is getting delivered on Monday. I paid upfront I know I shouldn’t but this is the second time i order my box and I know we all make mistakes just hated that delivery was changed on me.

So thrilled I found The Mattress Plug! I cannot believe I got a custom mattress direct from the factory for the price I paid! It's exactly what I wanted and I'm so happy with the comfort and quality. The turnaround time was excellent as well. I ordered the custom mattress on a Saturday and it was available the following Wednesday. It came with a 10 year warranty and I have 14 days to sleep on it and if adjustments need to be made they will send it back to the factory until I'm satisfied with the feel.
