So thrilled I found The Mattress Plug! I cannot believe I got a custom mattress direct from the factory for the price I paid! It's exactly what I wanted and I'm so happy with the comfort and quality. The turnaround time was excellent as well. I ordered the custom mattress on a Saturday and it was available the following Wednesday. It came with a 10 year warranty and I have 14 days to sleep on it and if adjustments need to be made they will send it back to the factory until I'm satisfied with the feel.
